My biggest concern when going back to work was pumping and being able to eat. My job wouldn't give me separate pumping sessions, which lead me to find an alternative solution to still be able to eat while pumping.
While performing several google searches I found that they make a hands free pumping bra.
I found this one made from Simple Wishes. I liked it because the other ones I found didn't come in my bra size and this one was adjustable.
To be honest I preferred pumping with this bra no matter if I was pumping at work or at home. I felt this provided a better suction for my breast pump rather than having me hold it. A bonus this let me relax and read something on my phone versus stressing if I was going to pump enough for Isabel.
I recommend this product to anyone that will be pumping. It allows you to have a life while providing something important for your baby.
